Groupe SEB | SUCCESS OF THE "HORIZON 2024" GLOBAL EMPLOYEE ACTION PLAN SET UP BY GROUPE SEB

Groupe SEB's new employee shareholding plan, called "Horizon 2024", has been a real success, a sign of employees' commitment and confidence in the company's strategic orientations. 
Driven by the deep-rooted values bequeathed by its founders, Groupe SEB is determined to involve its employees in the development of their company and its value creation.

Launched in 37 countries to some 19,000 eligible employees, Horizon 2024 was a real success, with a subscription rate of over 28%. These results are up on past employee shareholding plans, reflecting the genuine confidence of employees worldwide in Groupe SEB's management and strategy.

In France, which accounts for over a third of eligible employees, employee participation (excluding retirees) is over 50%.

The total value of the plan is over 19 million euros, representing more than 264,000 shares, including the company's matching contribution. This operation was served by treasury shares and did not give rise to the creation of new shares. Following the transaction, employee share ownership increased to 3.36%.

With Horizon 2024, we open a new stage in the entrepreneurial adventure of Groupe SEB, faithful to the values of sharing inherited from our founders. This employee shareholding plan celebrates collective success and shares in the value created.
