Groupe SEB is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Paget as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she joins the Executive Committee (Comex) and the General Management Committee (CDG) and will report directly to Stanislas de Gramont, Chief Executive Officer of Groupe SEB.
Rachel Paget brings 30 years of experience in talent management and corporate culture development on an international scale, gained in industry, technology, and energy. In her most recent role as HR Director for the Offshore Atlantic Basin at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), she oversaw more than 25,000 employees across 80 countries. Her career is distinguished by a strong strategic focus on organizational transformation, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
She successfully led the launch of SLB’s corporate culture initiative, drove employee engagement improvements, and introduced a volunteering program that had a significant impact on both communities and business performance. With extensive international experience, having held responsibilities in Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Africa, she brings a global and innovative approach to human resources management. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Paris XIII University (France) and an MBA from Erasmus University (Netherlands). She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
