Groupe SEB is ranked 20th on the Best Workplaces Europe™ 2022 list in the multinationals category. This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values and leadership.
Groupe SEB received this award for the participation and certification of several of its subsidiaries in Europe.
This survey system, which was set up in 2012 in France, was then gradually conducted to all continents. In 2021, the survey conducted by Great Place to Work® involved 49 countries around the world, including 16 entities participating for the first time. It focused on 93 issues in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and friendly atmosphere. 78% of the approximately 16,700 employees surveyed responded.
Groupe SEB is very attentive to the quality of life at work of its employees, regardless of the country in which they work. The results of the 2021 survey showed that 70% of employees believe that Groupe SEB is a great place to work, and we are determined, thanks to the various action plans in place, to reach 75% of positive responses to this question by 2023. Even if the actions taken by the subsidiaries vary according to local priorities, common themes are emerging, such as finding a better balance between personal and professional life.
