The professional brands of Groupe SEB: WMF, Schaerer, Zummo and Krampouz; are at SIRHA 2023 to present their know-how and their new products to the hotel and restaurant industry. Castalie, a start-up partner of SEB Alliance is also present. The SIRHA is a major global event that will take place from January 19 to 23, 2023 in Lyon.
Since the acquisition of WMF in 2016, the world leader in automatic coffee machines, Groupe SEB has developed a significant presence in the professional market with the acquisitions of Wilbur Curtis in 2019, No. 2 in filter coffee in North America, Krampouz in 2019, the world leader in pancake and waffle makers, and Zummo in 2022, the world leader in juice extraction machines. Groupe SEB's professional offer has continued to develop worldwide, offering complementary products and services, and has strong ambitions in this growing market.

Founded in 1892, Schaerer, based in Zuchwil, Switzerland, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of fully automated professional coffee machines. The Schaerer brand stands for solid coffee know-how. This is reflected in the company's slogan "swiss coffee competence" and in product developments such as the Coffee Competence Centre, Schaerer's own competence and training center. Schaerer is close to its customers and has extensive coffee know-how, which enables it to support a wide range of customers around the world in providing the best possible coffee experience.
Schaerer joined WMF in 2006 and now belongs to the SEB Group since the end of 2016. All B2B brands of the group are grouped under "SEB PROFESSIONAL". In addition to Schaerer, it also includes the coffee machine brands WMF and Wilbur Curtis as well as the Professional Hotel Equipment segment with the brands WMF Professional and HEPP.

A Spanish company founded in Valencia, Zummo began its activity in 1992 with the objective of creating the perfect fresh fruit juice and today is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of automatic machines for squeezing and processing fresh fruit and vegetables. Zummo offers a wide range of machines with more than 10 product families: professional juicers for restaurants, juice extractors, vending machines, centrifuges, etc.; for all types of fruits. The brand is present in more than 100 countries around the world with a strong network of international distributors and has 130 employees. In 1945 in Finistère, Jean-Marie Bosser, a talented electrician, was determined to find an alternative to wood-burning stoves for making pancakes. He developed a stove with a cast iron plate. It was so successful that in 1949 he created a new company, Krampouz, which means "pancakes" in Breton. Today, Krampouz is a brand recognized throughout the world and present in 149 countries. World leader in the professional crepe maker market, the company also applies its know-how and quality requirements to a professional range: planchas, waffle makers, multi-contact grills, grills, bain-marie... In 2019, Krampouz joins Groupe SEB and its product offering complements the Group's professional and premium consumer range. The Krampouz brand benefits from the Group's extensive distribution network, both in France and internationally, which it enhances with the DIY and gardening chains where it is sold.

SEB Alliance, Groupe SEB's investment vehicle, acquired a minority stake in Castalie in 2020. Castalie offers its customers a complete solution: fountains, containers, accessories and maintenance services. Their water is now produced at home from tap water and micro-filtered by design and eco-designed fountains. It is bottled at the point of consumption and in reusable containers (bottles, flasks, glasses...). The result: zero kilometers between the source and the place of consumption and zero plastic waste.
