The "Les Amis de la Rue" day care center intervenes at the beginning of this process. This establishment, located in Villeurbanne, welcomes 120 passengers daily. A place of respite and meeting, "Les Amis de la Rue" gives passengers access to a wellness area (shower and sanitary facilities), the opportunity to participate in group activities and to benefit from social support. 

Due to the increase in the number of passengers, "Les Amis de la Rue" was reaching saturation point: work has been completed to rethink the interior layout, create new relaxation areas and reorganize the shower area in order to offer women greater safety and privacy. 

In 2022, the Fonds Groupe SEB is participating in the financing of this renovation work to provide passengers with greater comfort.
