He spent most of his career in the Schneider Electric Group, where he served as Plant Manager, Director of Industrial Operations in France and abroad, and then Supply Chain & Quality Senior Vice President Retail Business Unit.

Since 2017, Alain Leroy has been Global Supply Chain Transformation & Strategy Senior Vice-President.
